Happy Happy New Year!

Lots has happened since the close of the campaign on November 30, 2020 and I wanted to give you all an update on what’s been going on and what to expect in the coming months.  You can read all of the details in my complete blog post here:

In short though, I was only able to order a limited supply of inventory from the funds that were raised through the campaign.  I purchased selected sizes from the Truli-Ful the Beautiful design as well as the Truli-Capri (including the 2 new sizes, which will be available when the new inventory arrives).

Anyone who pre-ordered a Truli-Mi or a Truli-Hapi have been given options to upgrade to a Capri and/or to have their pre-order fulfilled from the current inventory stock if their size is currently available. 

All in all, there were a total of 97 wetsuit orders:

50 x Truli-Ful the Beautifuls

24 x Truli-Capris

14 x Truli-Mis

9 x Truli-Hapis

Once I made the payment and got the confirmation from the manufacturer, I could see that their expected finish date is July 7th, 2021.  The transit time for it to arrive in Canada will be 4 weeks after.  On top of all of that, I got a notice from them stating that due to the depreciation of the USD and an ongoing increase in raw materials, they are requiring an additional 3% payment prior to shipment until it improves, so those are extra fees that weren't accounted for the first time around.  

BUT THAT'S OKAY.  Curve balls are a way of life for me now...
